How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?
We take 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. After your order is shipped it will take 5 - 7 business days to receive your order.

Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed at the start of the business week. All orders placed by 5 pm CST will be processed the same day.

Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states, or countries?
Currently, we only ship to the US, but International shipping will be opening soon
